Jered later transitioned into private equity, leading in-house executive search
functions for Atlantic Street Capital and Percheron Capital. In these roles, he partnered directly with investment and operating teams to design and execute talent strategies aligned to value creation plans, giving him a rare, inside-out perspective on how talent decisions drive financial outcomes.

Over the course of his career, Jered has successfully executed more than 200 searches for private equity clients across the C-suite, operating partner ranks, and portfolio company leadership teams—including VPs, Directors, and interim executives. His work consistently spans critical mandates such as CEO, CFO, and COO placements, functional leadership builds, and succession planning for high-growth platforms.
